Hi, I'm Speedworx, aka Simon. I got into motorsport by complete accident. I was at home one day and I was flicking round the tv for something to watch. The 1995 Brazilian GP was about to start and I sat and watched it. Having never watched any motorsport before, it was new and exciting.

Since then I have gone on to watch several different forms of motorsport and attended some high profile races. Most notibly the 2 CART races at Rockingham, 2006 British GP and the qualifying day for the 2008 British GP. I have also been to Zandvoort for the 2003 Marlboro Masters.

I also regularly race online, mainly utilising the NASCAR Racing 2003 game by Papyrus. I have recently branched out to the ARCA Sim Racing game and occasionally iRacing and rfactor.
